What you'll find at The Pippins

The Master Bedroom is at the rear of the property with an en-suite shower room and French doors leading out onto the large private garden. The second bedroom to the front of the property has two single beds. For the younger members of the family, we provide a travel cot (please bring your own bedding).

The main bathroom has a luxury walk-in rainfall shower and separate bath.

Plantation shutters provide privacy and style to the windows.

In the open plan lounge/diner the feature fireplace has an inset log burner, Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The dining table seats 4 comfortably. We can also provide a highchair if required.

French doors in the snug open out onto the garden providing the perfect place to curl up with a good book.

As keen gardeners, the garden is an extension of the house and a place where we like to encourage bees, butterflies and birds. The Norfolk Broads is the only home to the Swallowtail butterfly. A small wildlife area of lawn has been created to encourage this with spring bulbs planted to provide the first nectar of the year for pollinators.

The Pippins is very private, screened in part by protected Ash and Oak trees. At the end of the garden is the gazebo, the perfect place to enjoy the long summer evenings making use of the barbeque, or just relaxing and star gazing.

The utility/boot room is a new addition to the garage with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional fridge with a small ice box. You also have drying space for muddy boots and wet walking gear. A rotary washing line, pegs, ironing board and steam iron are also provided.

The kitchen overlooks the garden and is fully equipped with an electric oven, grill, hob, extractor, microwave, slimline dishwasher and an under-counter fridge.

There is parking for two cars and a convenient EV (Type 2) charging point (untethered), just bring your own cable.
